Nitrogen is a valuable gas that is used in many applications from filling rubber tires to powering lasers. Nitrogen can be produced using atmospheric air and can be either adsorbed or rejected during Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) processes to create a high purity stream.

HYD10A is manufactured to deeply dehydrate feed gas prior to cryogenic separation by removing water, carbon dioxide, and other contaminants from feed gas. The removal of these contaminants will allow the feed gas to be further separated into the desired product stream. This molecular sieve has an ideal selectivity for removing impurities that can freeze or block cryogenic separation processes.

HYD10B is specially manufactured to remove chlorides from feed streams. This chloride adsorbent is ideal for removing traces of hydrogen chloride and offers a high dynamic capacity for HCl removal in commercial applications. This product offers a high equilibrium capacity and a high rate of chloride removal.

  • does not produce green oil or support the formation of organic chlorides 
  • prevents harmful chlorides from corroding and damaging equipment

HYD10D is specially manufactured for air prepurification units to selectively remove water from feed gas. This dehydration process creates a deeply dehydrated air stream that is suitable for use in cryogenic air separation processes. This molecular sieve offers high adsorption capacity, ideal adsorption kinetics, and comes in a variety of bead sizes to help optimize mass transfer characteristics and optimize operations.
